Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, the Microsoft Solutions Engineer will support all business areas with the objective of maximizing effective communications and business processes using Microsoft applications. This candidate will be responsible for technology initiatives, technically build, administer, and support Microsoft applications, workflow tools, team sites and all related technologies. Responsibilities: - Design and implement Microsoft-based solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing Microsoft applications including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Engage, Forms, Lists, Loop, Office, Purview, and Admin. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance. - Create detailed solution architectures including diagrams, documentation, and time estimates. - Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of implemented solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and incorporate them into solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. - Train, troubleshoot and provide user support for all users of SharePoint. - Regular review, cleanup, management and configuration of SharePoint content and sites. - Maintain operational documentation detailing technical environment, configuration and support processes. - Monitor SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth). - Other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For: The Ideal candidate will have or be able to complete the below qualifications. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other relevant discipline. - 5+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, installation, migration, implementation, topology, and server configuration. - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification. • Lead end-to-end implementation of PCS Cortex and TMS solutions for new and existing customers. • Configure platform capabilities to match customer workflows, operational requirements, and business objectives. • Manage implementation milestones, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with the Implementation Manager. • Conduct onboarding sessions, training programs, and adoption support for customers. • Act as the primary point of contact for implementation-related questions and issue resolution. • Ensure customers achieve measurable value and operational efficiency from the PCS platform. • Continuously improve internal implementation processes, documentation, and best practices. • Partner with the Sales team to support the sales cycle with technical expertise and product demonstrations. • Deliver tailored product demonstrations of Cortex and PCS TMS capabilities to prospective customers. • Participate in discovery sessions to understand prospect workflows, technology environments, and operational needs. • Translate customer requirements into solution design and demonstration scenarios. • Support proof-of-concept environments and technical validation activities. • Provide product feedback and customer insights to the Product and Engineering teams. • Serve as a transportation technology advisor to prospects and customers. • Provide recommendations on system configuration, workflow optimization, and platform integrations. • Support customers in designing scalable logistics workflows using PCS technologies. • Assist with API integration discussions and technical solution architecture when required. • Educate customers on the value of advanced Cortex features, integrations, additional licenses, and training services. • Identify opportunities for solution expansion and product adoption.

• Build strong relationships with partner pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams • Enable partners to confidently position, demo, and implement Front • Deliver partner trainings, workshops, and technical certifications • Act as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners • Partner with Channel Account Managers and Account Executives on partner-led and co-sell opportunities • Support partners in engaging prospects and customers to maximize value and close new business • Join partner-led calls to provide technical validation and solution design • Work with partners and customers to understand and validate technical requirements • Customize and deliver partner-enabled product demonstrations tailored to specific use cases • Guide partners in building compelling technical narratives and ROI articulation • Develop deep expertise in Front’s APIs and integration ecosystem • Help partners design scalable solutions integrating Front with third-party systems • Provide architectural guidance and best practices
