Phusion Projects

• Build & Deploy Intelligent Agents (60%) • Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot agents across all departments • Create conversational AI solutions for sales, operations, HR, finance, and accounting • Integrate Copilot Studio with existing systems • Implement "human-in-the-loop" safeguards for critical processes • Platform Architecture & Data Integration (20%) • Optimize our Microsoft Fabric implementation for AI workloads • Ensure clean data pipelines feeding into Copilot agents • Establish connection between Copilot Studio and all enterprise systems • Design scalable architecture supporting 50+ concurrent agents • Business Partnership & Change Management (15%) • Partner with department heads to identify automation opportunities • Train business users to build their own simple agents • Measure and report ROI for every deployed solution • Lead "AI Office Hours" for continuous education • Governance & Best Practices (5%) • Establish AI agent development standards • Implement rigorous testing protocols to avoid production failures • Create documentation and playbooks • Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements

Job Requirements

  • Experience building chatbots, virtual agents, or conversational AI.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integration.
  • Experience with natural language processing and intent recognition.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C#, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of Azure cognitive services and AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience in the adult beverage industry is a plus.
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or relatable experience is a plus.
