Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering background with a focus on computational geometry
- Strong C/C++ programming experience
- Experience with computer graphics, simulations, or geometry-heavy systems (including video game engines)
- Bachelor’s degree required; M.S. or PhD strongly preferred
- Internship, academic research, or professional project experience in relevant domains

• Define and implement advanced manufacturing strategies for robotics and automation systems that improve scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. • Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and lead the seamless transfer of new products into production. • Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis and manufacturing readiness reviews for all new product introductions. • Oversee management of tooling and capital investments to support growth. • Perform analysis, including FEA and tolerance analysis, to optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability. • Work closely with mechanical, electrical, software, controls, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and product success. • Identify and troubleshoot design challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement. • Clearly communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and a culture of learning.
