Job Requirements

  • 5-10 years of professional work experience
  • You are a market research expert, research professional at a leading market research company (i.e., background in market research and specific familiarity with quantitative surveys and insights - experience with methodologies such as conjoint, MaxDiff, or pricing analysis is mandatory)
  • Good skills in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques - as well as experience in advanced analytics such as but not limited in (Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, Latent Class, Key Drivers)
  • Analyze primary data to identify key insights and trends that drive business decisions
  • Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
  • You enjoy learning, team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating

JOB SUMMARY VBC Analytics is a single, independent team covering BSW Health and Quality Alliance (ACO) analytical needs. Domain verticals connect directly to core stakeholders and operational structures while aligning with internal SMEs and current capacities. We have over 1.2 million lives across multiple blocks of business and industry-leading analytics to support our organization. We are seeking a customer-facing Analyst who works closely with key business stakeholders within the value-based care team. As a crucial member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for transforming complex healthcare data into insightful and actionable insights or visualizations. This role will operate in two capacities; to augment existing data products, as well as innovate new analytic experiences that simplify data into insights. The pay range for this position is $28.52/hour (entry level qualifications) - $42.79/hour (highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience. Responsibility includes a combination of: - Handle ad-hoc analysis of quality measures to analyze trends, performance (20%) - Leverage medical and pharmaceutical claims and Electronic Health Record (EHR) data with Snowflake SQL to measure financial impact (15%) - Support enterprise data governance initiatives by implementing data quality rules, validations, and monitoring tools to ensure accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and consistency of analytical datasets.
