Job Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, leadership development, program management, or a related field.
- Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences and creating environments for reflection, practice, and growth.
- Experience building or scaling programs or initiatives with attention to detail and outcomes.
- Natural curiosity about learning links to organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and business impact.

About the Role The Regulatory Affairs Program Manager will oversee the strategy and execution for the diabetes business separation, managing global product authorization transfers, product labeling transitions, and compliance requirements to establish a standalone diabetes regulatory framework.
