About the Role The Regulatory Affairs Program Manager will oversee the strategy and execution for the diabetes business separation, managing global product authorization transfers, product labeling transitions, and compliance requirements to establish a standalone diabetes regulatory framework. This role will coordinate complex regulatory submissions across multiple health authorities while ensuring seamless transition of product registrations and maintaining commercial continuity. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Market Authorization Management - Develop and execute global strategy for transferring marketing authorizations from parent company to new diabetes entity across key markets (FDA, EMA, Health Canada, PMDA, etc.) - Coordinate with local regulatory teams to ensure country-specific transfer requirements are met - Establish timelines and critical path activities for authorization transfers to minimize business disruption Product Labeling & Regulatory Submissions: - Manage the RSC function as part of a comprehensive labeling change program resulting from corporate separation and new entity branding - Oversee regulatory submission strategy for updated product information, package inserts, and patient materials - Ensure compliance with global labeling requirements under new corporate structure - Coordinate with Legal, Quality, and Commercial teams on brand transition impacts Compliance & Risk Management: - Assess regulatory risks associated with business separation and develop mitigation strategies - Ensure continuous regulatory compliance throughout transition period - Establish new entity regulatory infrastructure and governance frameworks - Monitor regulatory obligations and commitments transfer to standalone entity MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience - Or, advanced degree and 3+ years of experience Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD):$114,400.00 - $171,600.00 The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
