• Review client-submitted online applications to assess risk and coverage needs • Advise customers on appropriate property and casualty coverage, limits, and endorsements • Present and explain quotes from multiple carriers clearly and confidently • Guide customers through binding and checkout with accuracy and efficiency • Deliver a polished, customer-centric experience, including for referral and partner-driven clients • Manage a high-volume pipeline in a performance-driven environment • Work closely with internal teams and carrier partners to resolve underwriting or eligibility issues • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up using CRM and internal tools
Job Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Proven P&C insurance sales experience (personal lines required)
- Strong understanding of homeowners and/or auto insurance, underwriting considerations, and coverage structures
- Experience working with multiple carriers and varying underwriting appetites
- Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and professionally
- Comfort operating in a digital-first, metrics-driven, high-volume environment
- Strong time management, organization, and self-direction in a remote role
- Broker or marketplace experience strongly preferred
