Development Group, Inc.

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across internal stakeholders and vendors • Track tasks, milestones, and risks; follow up on action items to keep work moving • Create and maintain project documentation (meeting notes, status reports, project plans, change logs) • Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and communicate updates to the team • Help ensure projects stay aligned to scope, timeline, and quality expectations

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic proficiency with common productivity tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, calendars)
  • Exposure to IT projects and/or construction projects (not required)
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
  • Internship, coursework, or prior experience supporting projects in any industry
