• Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of cloud projects. • Identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that reduce defects in the cloud. • Anticipates bottlenecks, assess risks, mitigate issues, provide escalation management • Validate customer requirements and coordinate cloud resources to onboard new tenant. • Generate and submit monthly SLA reports to customers and PM • Support the generation of monthly SLA and other reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or an associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced with frequent use and application of Agile and Scrum principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to work under general supervision while providing solutions to technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
- DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification
- At least one cloud certification

Position Summary: A Home Upgrade Specialist is assigned one or more specific work types such as MPUs, Trenching, Tree Trimming, and AC Relocation. They are responsible for coordinating all projects within their assigned work type(s) from start to finish. This includes maintaining organized project queues, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups, and driving tasks forward to meet deadlines and quality standards.
