Role Description Imagine360 is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Client Experience team! In the role of Relationship Manager, you are responsible for overall client satisfaction to include providing superior service to the brokers and employers assigned to your portfolio. This includes: - Member education - Client communication plans - Program analytics This role seeks to build additional value to clients and enhance the overall client experience, serving as a trusted advisor. It requires coordinating all internal support services to achieve: - Successful implementation - Ongoing client satisfaction - Client renewal each plan year This position serves all assigned clients by acting as a liaison between Imagine360 staff, clients, brokers, and vendors. It requires a comprehensive understanding of the client benefit plan design under their scope of responsibility and identifies ways of increasing revenue opportunities for Imagine360 while improving plan results.
