AI Enterprise Solutions Architect

• Consulting across corporate functions and business units to translate business needs into end‑to‑end AI solution architectures • Defining and maintaining enterprise AI reference architectures, standards, and reusable patterns • Leading build / buy / partner architectural decision‑making, including platform strategy, vendor evaluation, integration approaches, and long‑term ecosystem fit • Designing and governing modern AI architectures, including Generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, and the data and knowledge layers that enable them • Embedding responsible AI considerations into solution designs, addressing data governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or platform architecture roles
- 5 years' experience designing and governing enterprise data architectures
- 3 years experience architectural leadership across Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures
- Experience guiding AI initiatives from early discovery through development, production deployment, and long‑term lifecycle management
- Experience incorporating security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI requirements into solution architectures
- Ability to lead through influence, partnering effectively with business leaders, product teams, engineering, data, security, and governance stakeholders
- Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (additional qualification)
- Experience operating within or establishing an Enterprise AI Center of Excellence or enterprise architecture function (additional qualification)
- Familiarity with AI platform operations, including model lifecycle management, observability, and governance frameworks (additional qualification)
- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology (additional qualification)
