Senior Anaplan Administrator / Developer

Anaplan

• Anaplan Development: design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to meet business requirements. • Data Integration: utilize Anaplan Data Orchestrator and other tools for seamless data flows. • Administration: manage all levels of the Anaplan environment, including Cloud, Tenant, Workspace, and Model administration. • Collaboration: work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions. • ETL/ELT: support in developing and managing ETL/ELT processes to support data integration needs.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Anaplan Modeling.
  • Proficiency with Anaplan Data Orchestrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of Anaplan administration (Cloud, Tenant, Workspace, and Model).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with other ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery and Databricks

Role Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Lead to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in building our Integrations Platform. As an Engineering Lead, you will own the systems that connect our platform with external partners, data sources, and internal services - enabling seamless, secure, and scalable data exchange. You will lead the design and development of integration architecture, including robust APIs, data pipelines, and partner integrations, while helping guide technical direction in collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional stakeholders. This is a backend-leaning, hands-on leadership role, where you’ll spend approximately: - 80% of your time building - 20% leading and coordinating the engineering team You’ll be responsible for setting technical direction, unblocking the team, and ensuring high-quality execution while remaining deeply embedded in the code. What You'll Do - Integrations & Platform Ownership: Lead the design and development of our integrations platform, including APIs, data pipelines, and third-party system integrations (e.g., EHRs, partner systems, internal services). - Technical Leadership: Drive the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable integration systems. Establish best practices for API design, data modeling, and system interoperability. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, design, operations, and external stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
