• Drive planning and execution of features in collaboration with cross-functional leads. • Coordinate and support the content production pipeline, including tracking, scheduling, and alignment across teams. • Ensure timely delivery of art assets in alignment with Art Direction and quality standards. • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep projects on track. • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and efficiency in decision-making. • Propose and improve production processes in collaboration with discipline leads. • Facilitate communication, reviews, and asset delivery with external art vendors and outsourcing partners • Work with cross-disciplinary teams to define realistic deadlines, align on content needs, and allocate art resources effectively
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a producer or project manager on a game team.
- Strong expertise in game production methodologies, including agile development, sprint planning, and milestone tracking, ideally in the mobile games industry
- Experience driving production processes and tools (Agile, Kanban, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar)
- Good understanding of game development, art creation and content design principles
- Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks throughout the game production lifecycle.
- Ability to structure and track complex information across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide teams toward shared goals
- Passion for mobile games and delivering high-quality, player-facing content
