Job Requirements
- 8–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 5 years experience recruiting for technical roles
- Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building proactive talent pipelines
- Ability to assess technical candidates and distinguish depth of experience across different seniority levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing structured interview processes and driving data-driven hiring decisions
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing offer processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational discipline
