Role Description Attain Partners is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our highly collaborative internal Talent Acquisition Team at Attain Partners. The right individual for this role is passionate about recruiting and sourcing top talent, is a great team player and is motivated to make an impact and grow their career with an amazing company. - Participate in full lifecycle recruiting of top tier candidates in information technology and management consulting. - Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to our hiring teams, with the ability to collaborate, advise and partner to achieve great hiring results. - Build strong talent pipelines for niche technical skillsets like Salesforce and Workday. - Leverage existing resources (job boards, social networks, etc.) to source talent, and enjoy investigating new tools and technologies. - Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives and hiring events. - Provide a white-glove candidate experience that represents Attain Partners as a top employer of choice. Qualifications - 4+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, with a knack for recruiting high quality talent. - Strong sourcing skills via various channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Seekout, Indeed, events, networking, etc. - Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and relationship building skills. - A great work ethic with a passion for delivering great results. - Professionalism, a positive attitude and sense of urgency. - Sense of humor and the ability to roll with the punches.
