Performance Marketing Manager
Moonshot
• Own all paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns • Work with growth team on new creative concepts, angles, and hooks for ad content • Manage ongoing production of new ads (short-form video, static, etc.) • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns to hit CAC/ROAS targets, while being mindful of compliance obligations • Build and maintain testing frameworks across creative, audiences, and bidding • Analyze performance data and report insights + next steps weekly • Maintain a steady pipeline of creative experiments and rapid iterations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years running performance marketing for consumer apps
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, ASA, and Google App Campaigns
- Proven track record of moving acquisition metrics, not just managing spend
- Strong creative instincts with an eye for high-performing ad concepts
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with constant experimentation
- Ability to use data and attribution tools to guide decisions
