• Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management services: - Authentication flows, sessions, device trust. - Authorization and entitlements (roles, permissions, policies). - Security controls such as MFA and key management (working with security teams). • Own financial operations systems: - Transfers and payments orchestration. - Ledgering and reconciliation flows. - Limits, risk controls, and transactional correctness. • Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure: - Node and RPC management. - Transaction submission, monitoring, and retry logic. - Indexing and streaming of on-chain data into internal services and data stores. • Define and uphold reliability and observability standards: - SLOs and error budgets for core services. - Dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and incident management practices. • Lead large, cross-functional technical projects from design through rollout, collaborating with Product, Security, and Ops. • Mentor and guide other engineers, contributing to engineering standards, design reviews, and documentation. • Stay close to industry best practices in auth, key management, and secure infrastructure for crypto and trading.

• Own core growth metrics across the funnel (sign-ups, activation, first trade, retention, reactivation, LTV, churn). • Design, prioritize, and run A/B tests and experiments across onboarding, discovery, trading flows, notifications, and pricing/fee surfaces. • Own our product analytics stack (PostHog) for growth: events, properties, funnels, cohorts, and dashboards that track user behavior and lifecycle KPIs. • Own ad campaigns and journeys (email, push, in-app, inbox) that drive activation and retention. • Deliver weekly growth reports for leadership and the broader company, highlighting performance, learnings, and next bets. • Segment our users into cohorts and personas, and combine quantitative analysis with user interviews to develop a deep understanding of different trader types. • Collaborate with Mobile and Platform Engineering on growth-focused features (referrals, incentives, streaks, nudges, social features, win-back experiences). • Establish growth processes and rituals: experiment templates, guardrails, success metrics, documentation, and cross-functional alignment. • Ensure every new feature has clear instrumentation, baselines, and success metrics before launch.

• Own all paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns • Work with growth team on new creative concepts, angles, and hooks for ad content • Manage ongoing production of new ads (short-form video, static, etc.) • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns to hit CAC/ROAS targets, while being mindful of compliance obligations • Build and maintain testing frameworks across creative, audiences, and bidding • Analyze performance data and report insights + next steps weekly • Maintain a steady pipeline of creative experiments and rapid iterations

• Own the architecture and long-term evolution of Moonshot’s Flutter app across iOS and Android. • Design, implement, and maintain a company-wide mobile design system and component library, in close collaboration with Design. • Build highly interactive trading experiences: live prices, charts, order tickets, order history, notifications, and portfolio views. • Drive mobile performance and reliability: profiling, optimizing frame rendering, managing memory/network usage, and minimizing crashes. • Implement and maintain automated testing (unit, widget, integration) and help define release and QA processes. • Collaborate with Product and Growth to integrate analytics, A/B testing, feature flags, and event tracking directly into the app. • Partner with Backend/Platform engineers on API design, data models, error handling, and resilience (retries, fallbacks, offline behaviour). • Lead by example through code reviews, design docs, and mentorship, raising the bar for mobile excellence. • Participate in on-call rotations for mobile-related incidents and drive root-cause fixes.
