Lead Stibo STEP Engineer

Stitch Fix

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform in a retail or eCommerce environment.
  • 2+ years of experience as a technical leader, including leading projects and owning delivery outcomes.
  • Strong technical depth across STEP configuration, JavaScript-based business rules, SQL, and data modeling, with a strong grasp of REST APIs and integration patterns (e.g., Kafka, ETL processes).
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to break down complex business needs into actionable plans and communicate decisions clearly to technical and business partners.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, resolve production incidents, and improve system reliability over time.
  • Enjoy mentoring and coaching engineers.
