• Facilitate transactions and partnerships in the global iGaming sector • Connect organizations with the right investors, buyers, and partners • Handle confidential opportunities with discretion • Support clients in exploring acquisitions or raising capital

• Provide independent judgement in board deliberations on strategy, performance, resource allocation, growth, and risk. • Ensure that the Board has appropriate governance frameworks, board committee structures (e.g., audit, risk) and charters, and that independent director duties are fulfilled. • Promote transparency and accountability: ensure financial, governance, risk disclosures are appropriate and stakeholder interests including minority shareholders are protected. • Oversee and challenge financial performance, budgets, forecasts, cash flow management, capital structure decisions, funding strategy and financial risk exposure. • Oversee the enterprise-wide risk management framework: strategic, operational, financial, compliance and reputational risks are identified, assessed, mitigated and monitored. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (including corporate law, financial reporting, industry-specific rules, data/privacy).

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for the Financial Platform, spanning payments, ledgering, money movement, and financial risk capabilities. • Lead the development of scalable, controlled, and customer-centric financial services that enable seamless transaction experiences across products. • Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver high-impact platform solutions that ensure both customer experience and financial integrity. • Scale shared services, APIs, and internal tooling that power payment operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, and operational controls. • Drive the strategy for financial risk systems, including monitoring, decisioning, controls, and workflows that support transaction oversight and fraud prevention. • Oversee ledger and money movement systems, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and resilience across all financial transactions. • Improve dispute resolution, exception handling, and reconciliation processes to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy. • Lead and develop a team of product managers, fostering strong execution, collaboration, and customer focus across the platform.

• Own financial reporting and control — oversee monthly management accounts, board reporting, financial systems (Xero), international subsidiary reporting, and maintain strong financial governance and audit-ready records. • Lead financial planning and performance management — drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, working capital oversight, and provide clear analysis of performance against plan. • Provide strategic finance partnership to leadership — support commercial decisions, pricing and deal structures, financial modelling, and provide insight into key SaaS metrics such as ARR growth, retention and profitability. • Oversee finance operations and compliance — manage external accountants and auditors, coordinate statutory reporting, R&D tax claims, EMI scheme administration, and ensure compliance across UK and international entities. • Lead and scale the finance function — partner with the CEO and leadership team, support board reporting, strengthen financial processes and systems, and ensure the finance function scales with company growth.
