• You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, GTM, and Leadership. • Own the execution of the marketing strategy across every surface it touches. • Produce outreach assets, one-pagers, and campaign-specific collateral. • Own organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube. • Execute a structured strategy to earn citations on high-authority third-party websites. • Support website conversion performance by ensuring sharp messaging. • Run structured experiments across landing pages and key conversion surfaces. • Build and improve lifecycle journeys across email, nurture flows, and in-product communication. • Lead and co-host webinars, representing the product credibly in front of an audience. • Write scripts and define narrative structure for product explainer videos.

• Own financial reporting and control — oversee monthly management accounts, board reporting, financial systems (Xero), international subsidiary reporting, and maintain strong financial governance and audit-ready records. • Lead financial planning and performance management — drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, working capital oversight, and provide clear analysis of performance against plan. • Provide strategic finance partnership to leadership — support commercial decisions, pricing and deal structures, financial modelling, and provide insight into key SaaS metrics such as ARR growth, retention and profitability. • Oversee finance operations and compliance — manage external accountants and auditors, coordinate statutory reporting, R&D tax claims, EMI scheme administration, and ensure compliance across UK and international entities. • Lead and scale the finance function — partner with the CEO and leadership team, support board reporting, strengthen financial processes and systems, and ensure the finance function scales with company growth.

• In your role as Product Manager you play an integral part in the creation of the company's product strategy and be able to navigate strategic trade offs in your day to day work. • In your work with the scrum teams you will consistently optimise for impact and drive consistent momentum in shipping new product features. • The Product Manager role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager and requires great interpersonal skills. • You will need to work with many departments to ensure that the requirements of many stakeholders are incorporated in our products. • Additionally you will be comfortable communicating with individuals and teams from both technical and commercial backgrounds. • Create clear and compelling roadmaps and inspire teams to deliver against those roadmaps.
