• Act as the single-threaded owner for delivery success, proactively identifying risks, driving decisions, and taking corrective action to keep engagements on track. • Build and maintain delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and project artifacts for complex, technical customer environments, including data ingestion pipelines, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures. • Proactively surface and resolve delivery risks, including pushing back on scope, timelines, or resourcing assumptions when necessary to protect customer outcomes and engagement health. • Partner with consultants, partner consultants and architects by coordinating activities, clearing blockers, and ensuring project momentum across multiple concurrent customer engagements. • Drive structured kickoff-to-close delivery flow, including documentation, success tracking, and retrospective while ensuring delivery aligns with Statement of Work (SOW) scope, timelines, and utilization expectations. • Lead internal Professional Services initiatives that improve scale, repeatability, and operational efficiency. • Support creation of new templates, playbooks, runbooks, onboarding kits, and enablement assets. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to streamline customer outcomes. • Contribute to knowledge-sharing programs such as internal enablement, documentation, resource libraries, and PS tooling. • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience leading customer-facing technical project delivery in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software Professional Services environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud or enterprise software environments including the ability to discuss distributed data pipelines, ingestion architectures, scaling considerations, and common failure modes — even if not deploying hands-on
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects or customer-facing engagements typically 5–10 concurrent engagements with varying scopes and stakeholders.
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk tracking, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Familiar with Agile or hybrid PM methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Proficient with project management & collaboration tools (Kantata/Mavenlink, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Comfortable producing clear written delivery artifacts such as customer status updates, risk registers, and executive-ready summaries in a remote-first environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving projects to successful outcomes.
