• Architect and lead the next generation of enterprise systems, software platforms, and data capabilities. • Enable enterprise modernization & integration through the comprehensive modernization program. • Build enterprise-wide analytics as a core capability, establishing a centralized analytics and data services function. • Advance strategic IT alignment & transformation by aligning systems and analytics roadmap with TFG’s global IT strategy. • Deliver enterprise services that drive measurable value through cross-cutting services in system lifecycle management, integration, and analytics operations. • Accelerate innovation & emerging technology adoption by leading pilots in AI, RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and predictive analytics. • Cultivate a high-performing global team & culture, empowering a global, distributed leadership structure under Systems, Software Engineering, and Data & Analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • ITIL, PMP, and/or governance certifications preferred.
  • 15+ years in technology leadership roles, including 7+ years in senior executive capacity.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise system implementations, SaaS lifecycle management, and data platform architecture.
  • Oversight of Systems, Software Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams
  • Delivering enterprise services in systems support, analytics, digital modernization, and strategic technology planning.
  • Experience managing international and distributed teams and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ecosystem, Microsoft Azure, Data Visualization Platforms, Data Warehousing Platforms, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern API toolkits.
  • Fluency in integrating and managing analytics platforms and data services across diverse systems.
  • Track record in enabling digital modernization and scalable service design.
  • Collaborative, empowering leadership style with a commitment to user-centered service.
  • Adept at communicating with executive leadership, board members, and funding partners.
  • Excellent change management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
