• Identify and research potential strategic partners whose products, services, or market reach align with DECKED's business objectives and growth strategy • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and clear scopes of work while working closely with legal and executive teams • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with current and prospective partners to ensure partnership success and maximize long-term value • Collaborate internally with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to integrate partnership initiatives and ensure seamless execution and reporting • Monitor and analyze the performance of all partnerships against defined KPIs and ROI metrics, preparing regular reports for senior leadership • Represent DECKED at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote partnership opportunities and solidify relationships

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partnership management, preferably within the automotive, outdoor, or consumer goods industry
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to structure complex agreements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building rapport with executives and external stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and forecast potential impact
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
