  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for effective client and team interactions.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working independently in a remote environment with minimal direction, while maintaining clear communication and accountability with attorneys and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MyCase, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Dropbox, and Google Workspace is preferred. Experience with e-filing systems such as EEOC Public Portal or MSPB e-Appeal is a plus.
  • Ownership & Initiative: Ability to take assignments and execute with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to independently move work forward without waiting for step-by-step direction.

Apply today. The Role LTSE is searching for an highly experienced regulatory attorney to join as a member of the Exchange’s Regulatory team. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of SEC and SRO rules with an ability to interpret SEC and LTSE rules. You must have significant experience drafting and managing rule filings ensuring timely submissions and thoughtful responses to regulatory feedback. As a senior representative and as an important point of contact with the Commission you will perform a significant role in the rule filing process end-to-end. You must be deadline-driven to meet Exchange priorities and must be willing and able to make risk-based recommendations and decisions. Strong communication skills are critical not only in working across the Exchange but also with our regulators and exchange peers, covering industry groups and committees (e.g., CAT, CTA/UTP). Duties & Responsibilities Include - Research, interpret and advise on SEC and SRO rules. - Liaise with colleagues across the company to help ensure compliance with LTSE rules. - Draft and submit rule changes and amendments with the SEC. - Work directly on regulatory examinations and lead LTSEs responses. - Cover industry meetings as a LTSE representative. LTSE's Compensation Philosophy The target salary range for this role is between $160,000 - $220,000 with a mid-point base salary of $195,000. Base compensation is part of a total rewards package including stock options and benefits, and may include additional performance incentives. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using multiple databases including Pave, Radford, McLagan, and other peersets, to ensure competitive and fair pay. To determine the compensation for the role, we use a data-driven, blended rate approach to ensure we are paying competitively among our peers by benchmarking to companies of similar size and stage, and hire at the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the salary range. What the Senior Legal Contract Manager does at Worldwide Clinical Trials The Senior Legal Contract Manager is responsible for the overall management of activities involved in the development/preparation and revision of the company’s contracts/change orders with its sponsors. Inclusive of the legal review, negotiation, and finalization of Master Service Agreements for the global late-phase business. Manage a variety of clinical services and related local and global contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and sponsor requirements. The Contract Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of sponsor contracts/change orders and amendments, and provides advice to Worldwide Clinical Trial’s business units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters. What you will do - Confidently review, comment, and negotiate the Master Service Agreement (MSA) with the sponsor. Modify the MSA template provided by the sponsor, in addition to the original text, to ensure the MSA template provided by the sponsor is aligned with Worldwide Clinical Trials' standard clauses - Liaise with the Legal Department and any other required Departments, to ensure the Master Service Agreements are acceptable to Worldwide Clinical Trials - When applicable, collaborate with Business Development, Therapeutic Leaders, Operations, and Finance to ensure the Master Service Agreements reflect what has been operationally agreed between Worldwide and the sponsor - Interact/consult with Legal Counsel, Finance Director, and Senior Management when applicable to obtain necessary approvals for special language in the Master Service Agreements - Collaborate with the Legal Department and any other required Departments to get the final approved versions of the Master Service Agreements - Collaborate with Business Development, Therapeutic Leaders, Operations, Finance, and Legal departments to draft and finalize contracts/change orders and contract termination documents with sponsors - Lead and participate in conference calls to negotiate the terms of an agreement with the sponsor. Ensure the scope of work is defined correctly and reflected in the study budget - Ensure any changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately - Develop and/or modify service description text in addition to the original proposal text, which collectively becomes the core contract/exhibit - Interact and consult with the Finance group to develop and obtain approval on payment schedules and payment terms - Interact and consult with Legal to obtain Legal approval of contracts/change orders if necessary - Overall tracking/financial reporting of document status and values via routine updates to Salesforce and Worldwide Clinical Trial’s finance system - Ensure appropriate information distribution and discussion with relevant operational groups during contract/change order negotiations - Attend internal project handover meetings, if necessary, to document all necessary details for contract development and finalization.
