Location: #LI-Remote GENERAL SUMMARY: Sales and marketing professional responsible for making outbound calls and fielding inbound leads to qualify and schedule practice consultations for prospective clients DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from company-provided strategic target lists, and inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs). Convert all MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads by scheduling consultations with our team of Practice Revenue Advisors. Accurately track all sales-related activities and notes in Salesforce. Participate in scheduled meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members. Attend training and ensure comprehensive knowledge of both the value and the technical aspects of the Vyne Dental product offerings. Understand the competitive landscape and keep current on competitors' offerings and industry trends. Review and approve monthly commission statements in a timely manner. Work with all other departments as needed to achieve overall company goals on sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention. Other duties as assigned. As a National Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining solid, long-term business relationships with customers and reaching sales and gross margin goals while developing a sustainable sales/profit volume. This includes prospecting and soliciting orders, identifying customer needs, and proposing solutions and appropriate products and services to meet those needs. Location: This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in one of the states in which we are currently authorized to operate. Primary Duties: - Grow sales and profitability for assigned National accounts and achieve budgeted sales and margin objectives. - Generate new leads by proactively pursuing new accounts and following up on branch and other inquiries. - Drive growth with new customers via new business development efforts and multi-measure proposals. Closing sales and programs at assigned customers and target accounts. - Prepare, organize and deliver formal executive presentations and proposals. - Work closely and in a collaborative fashion with both the Vantage and IM Supply Groups to grow Crescent Electrics National Account business. - Promote a multi-measure, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction program to all clients. - Present Crescent Electric and our value to end users using in-house or customized presentations. - Make joint calls with branches to promote sales agreements or to maintain existing agreements. - Assist in setting prices for account profiling.
