Partner Marketing Manager
Opensend
• As Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic bridge between our Partnerships team and Marketing function, driving co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement, and demand generation through our partner ecosystem. • You'll be heavily involved in the partner marketing strategy, owning execution and measurement of partner marketing programs designed to amplify Opensend's reach, accelerate partner pipeline, and drive mutual revenue growth. • Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing strategies aligned with partnership objectives and company growth targets. • Create partner marketing playbooks, campaign templates, and enablement resources that empower partners to market Opensend solutions effectively. • Establish partner marketing goals, KPIs, and success metrics; track and report on program performance monthly. • Manage end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns including webinars, events, content collaborations, case studies, and joint promotions. • Create marketing collateral tailored for partners (email templates, social assets, one-pagers, demo resources, presentations). • Develop and deliver partner marketing training sessions to ensure partners can effectively position and sell Opensend solutions. • Tracking partner marketing-sourced leads, conversions, and revenue impact; optimizing programs based on performance data. • Create partner-facing thought leadership content, including reports, guides, webinars, and industry insights.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem programs.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns that generated measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong project management and campaign execution skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas into compelling partner-focused messaging
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms or similar ecosystem tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments with changing priorities and significant growth.
