• Own and improve day-to-day operational processes that support company execution. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow through on action items across leadership, GTM, product, and operations teams. • Maintain operating rhythms, action tracking, town hall preparation, offsites, executive updates, and recurring planning processes. • Support vendor management, SaaS administration, and systems coordination across company tools. • Support strategic planning processes including OKRs, headcount planning, budgeting support, role architecture, and organizational planning. • Create, maintain, and improve SOPs, templates, and operational documentation. • Ghostwrite and prepare executive communications, internal memos, and organizational change communications on behalf of leadership. • Support recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate process logistics. • Prepare and manage offer letters, job descriptions, onboarding documents, and employee records. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience. • Support benefits, payroll coordination, compliance administration, and employee lifecycle processes in partnership with external providers and internal stakeholders. • Help maintain organizational charts, people trackers, performance review workflows, and recurring employee programs. • Support company-wide communications tied to employee milestones, announcements, and culture programs. • Support company policy management, handbook updates, and internal process documentation. • Coordinate legal and contract operations including templates, routing, signature processes, filing, and workflow management for agreements such as MSAs, DPAs, service orders, and related documents. • Support governance processes including board materials, approvals, consents, and maintenance of centralized corporate records. • Oversee equity administration and related governance operations in partnership with leadership and external counsel. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on security, privacy, compliance, and enterprise risk programs, including trust documentation and readiness work such as SOC 2. • Help coordinate recurring administrative processes such as insurance renewals, vendor paperwork, tax-related operational follow-ups, and other corporate administration activities. • Maintain organized repositories for key company documents, templates, and administrative records.
• Develop and own a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with revenue targets and sales pipeline goals • Define and manage lead generation KPIs, and success metrics; track performance monthly and report to leadership • Establish target profiles and audience segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right buyers at the right time • Build an annual demand generation calendar incorporating campaigns, events, content initiatives, and promotional periods • Conduct regular performance reviews and optimization planning to maximize lead quality and conversion rates • Identify, brief, and oversee external agencies across key marketing functions • Establish clear deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics with each agency partner • Hold external partners accountable for quality, timeline delivery, and measurable results aligned with demand generation goals • Review agency performance regularly and recommend adjustments, optimizations, or vendor changes as needed • Manage vendor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across agency partnerships • Foster collaborative relationships with external partners while maintaining objectivity and independence in performance assessment • Manage end-to-end execution of multi-channel demand campaigns including email, digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships • Launch minimum 2-3 integrated campaigns per month with documented lead generation targets and ROI expectations • Create and optimize campaign landing pages, lead nurture sequences, and conversion flows • A/B test campaign elements to continuously improve performance and lead quality • Manage campaign budgets, and promotional spend to maximize ROI • Design and implement lead scoring models in collaboration with Sales • Own lead database management, hygiene, and segmentation; maintain lead flow dashboards and reporting • Analyze lead sources and conversion funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities • Track lead quality, conversion rates, and sales cycle impact to measure program effectiveness • Leverage HubSpot and marketing automation platform to design and optimize workflows • Build dashboards and automated reporting for lead generation performance, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution • Manage marketing technology stack and integrations; troubleshoot issues and recommend platform enhancements • Establish attribution models to demonstrate marketing-influenced revenue and pipeline contribution • Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to inform strategy adjustments and budget allocation • Present monthly demand generation metrics to leadership • Partner with Product Marketing to align campaigns with ideal customer profiles, product positioning and GTM strategy • Work with Sales team to understand customer pain points, and buying triggers; incorporate learnings into campaigns • Support Sales enablement with competitive positioning, case studies, and collateral that drives conversions • Coordinate with Partner Marketing on co-marketing initiatives and channel partnerships that accelerate lead generation
• As Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic bridge between our Partnerships team and Marketing function, driving co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement, and demand generation through our partner ecosystem. • You'll be heavily involved in the partner marketing strategy, owning execution and measurement of partner marketing programs designed to amplify Opensend's reach, accelerate partner pipeline, and drive mutual revenue growth. • Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing strategies aligned with partnership objectives and company growth targets. • Create partner marketing playbooks, campaign templates, and enablement resources that empower partners to market Opensend solutions effectively. • Establish partner marketing goals, KPIs, and success metrics; track and report on program performance monthly. • Manage end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns including webinars, events, content collaborations, case studies, and joint promotions. • Create marketing collateral tailored for partners (email templates, social assets, one-pagers, demo resources, presentations). • Develop and deliver partner marketing training sessions to ensure partners can effectively position and sell Opensend solutions. • Tracking partner marketing-sourced leads, conversions, and revenue impact; optimizing programs based on performance data. • Create partner-facing thought leadership content, including reports, guides, webinars, and industry insights.
