• Lead pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, requirement gathering, and proposal development for pharmaceutical bioanalytical clients • Support product readiness initiatives by collecting client feedback and identifying implementation challenges • Develop and execute validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ…) in compliance with GxP-requirements and industry standards • Manage end-to-end project delivery from kick-off through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution within scope and budget • Serve as primary client interface throughout project lifecycle, managing expectations, gathering requirements, and ensuring stakeholder alignment • Create implementation materials, training documentation, and support resources to facilitate successful customer onboarding
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/CRO environment with strong understanding of bioanalytical workflows (LC-MS/MS, immunoassays, chromatography)
- Proven project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent client implementations
- Working knowledge of GxP-compliance requirements and validation processes (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11)
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Highly structured and detail-oriented approach with technical aptitude to understand LIMS/SaaS solution architecture
