• Drive end-to-end product design from opportunity framing to solution exploration, prototyping, validation, and implementation. • Co-lead product areas with your product management partner, using research and data to shape vision and priorities. • Deliver product experiences that scale, considering long-term information architecture, patterns, and usability. • Own product excellence, advocating for high-quality lovable UI, UX, and content standards across platforms. • Contribute to and evolve our design system, helping shape guidelines and advocate for consistency and usability. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build, iterate, and launch new experiences efficiently.
Job Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Product Design for consumer (B2C) mobile apps, with proven success shipping impactful products.
- Track record of improving onboarding and subscription management experiences.
- Demonstrated excellence in design research (generative and evaluative), with a strong track record of producing high-quality, reliable insights that drive confident product decisions. Able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable, user-centered strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design within ambiguous problem spaces and collaborate across product, engineering, data, and compliance.
- Comfortable working autonomously, navigating tradeoffs and simplifying complexity in high-velocity environments.
- Excellent visual design skills with deep understanding of accessibility, aesthetic usability and pixel-perfect practice.
- A top-notch design portfolio, deep systems thinking, outstanding UX/UI craft, and measurable business and user outcomes.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Bonus: experience with UX copywriting, motion design, or conversational UI.

As a senior-level individual contributor in the design team, you will work with the Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery teams to design experiences across mobile, web, and in-practice interactions, ensuring every touchpoint with Atria is seamless, intuitive, and deeply human. Key Responsibilities Design Strategy & Leadership - Define, champion, and evolve a multi-year design vision and strategy for the Atria experience, in alignment with company goals and product roadmap. - Serve as the principal design voice in strategic conversations, influencing at all levels of the organization. - Advocate for a member-first approach, ensuring high craft, empathy, and precise attention to detail in all design decisions. End-to-End Experience Ownership - Lead design for high-impact initiatives, from concept to launch, across multiple platforms and touchpoints. - Design quality significantly exceeds that typically found in healthcare and matches the high-touch, luxury physical experience provided at the Atria Institute. - Evolve Atria's design system into a world-class language, ensuring scalability and brand consistency across all member-facing products - Integrate service design thinking to connect digital and physical member experiences.
