• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand Systems and Cloud Infrastructure requirements. • Implement end-to-end systems that align with business objectives and technical constraints. • Create detailed system specifications, including hardware, software, and network components. • Coordinate the integration of hardware, software, cloud, and network elements to build comprehensive systems. • Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of system components. • Ensure seamless interoperability between different system components. • Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement. • Implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance. • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within systems. • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate security threats and system failures. • Implement Cloud-native DevOps and CICD Solutions based on Application Requirements. • Establish backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and system continuity. • Be primary on-call Engineer for Cloud, Systems and Application Infrastructure one week out of six weeks. Be secondary on-call Engineer for Cloud, Systems and Application Infrastructure one week out of six weeks. • Create user manuals, technical guides, and operational procedures for system users and administrators.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, cloud infrastructure, and software development concepts.
  • Proficiency in Systems and Cloud infrastructure design tools, configuration management, and monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
