• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. • Perform unit, system, and integration testing. • Debug and fix technical problems. • Support the development of detailed technical documentation. • Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. • Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration. • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
Job Requirements
- 3 + years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications: CSA plus one other certification.
- U.S. Citizenship with a Secret Clearance or Public Trust due to federal contract requirements.
- 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
- 1+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust.
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
