We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist, Preventive Medicine, Contractor to establish key administrative and compliance workflows tied to pre-hire licensure verification, provider contracting, collaborative agreement generation, licensure tracking, renewals, and third-party licensure vendor coordination. This role will help ensure our physicians and nurse practitioners are set up accurately, compliantly, and on time to support safe and scalable clinical operations. This is a 3-month contract role, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
