Senior People Enablement Specialist
Vanta
• Design and maintain e-learning content for people enablement programs, incorporating best practices in adult learning and instructional design. • Manage end-to-end program logistics, including scheduling, communications, enrollment, and learner follow-up. • Partner with People Team and business stakeholders to develop content that is engaging, aligned to business needs, and scalable. • Assist in creating guidance, resources, and learning materials that help employees and managers effectively adopt AI-enabled tools. • Facilitate and produce onboarding, manager development, and people enablement sessions for employees across the organization. • Track program participation and feedback to support continuous improvement and measure learning impact.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Enablement, Learning and Development, Online Learning, or a related field.
- Experience facilitating live or virtual learning sessions, workshops, or training programs.
- Strong instructional design skills, with experience creating engaging e-learning or blended learning experiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear participant communications and stakeholder updates.
- Comfort working with learning technologies and platforms; experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building scalable, high-quality people enablement programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Business or related field

Role Description The Director of People is a core leadership role at Orchestry, reporting to the COO and Co-Founder.
