Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.​ Scope of Position Watts Water is seeking a seasoned ERP Data Lead to own the data architecture, integration to watts Data lakehouse, and lifecycle of ERP data across our SAP and various other ERP ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in enabling Watts’ enterprise data strategy by ensuring ERP data is structured, governed, and aligned with business processes and analytics platforms such as Databricks , Microsoft Azure and Power BI. You will act as the bridge between SAP systems, business functions, and analytics teams, enabling scalable, high-quality, and analytics-ready data across global operations. This position is remote based in the EST or CST time zone. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities - Define ERP (SAP) data strategy aligned with enterprise data & AI roadmap Drive standardization of ERP data across global business units - Establish ERP data as a foundational layer for Databricks/Fabric Lakehouse and analytics platforms - Lead SAP data integration patterns including BDC, IDocs, APIs, CDS Views, and ODP - Ensure ERP data is modeled for downstream analytics (Power BI semantic models) - Partner with MDM Lead to enforce master data consistency across domains - Enable near real-time and batch data pipelines for operational and analytical use cases - Support S/4HANA transformation including data harmonization and migration readiness - Collaborate with ERP team to define ERP data quality rules, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes - Collaborate with Master data & governance teams to align ERP data with enterprise data policies - Drive adoption of common data definitions across O2C, P2P, and Plan-to-Produce - Enable advanced analytics and AI use cases through high-quality ERP datasets Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in data science/analytics, information technology, computer science or similar - 15+ years of experience in SAP data, ERP data architecture, and/or data engineering - Strong expertise in SAP ECC / S/4HANA data structures - Hands-on experience with SAP BDC and integration techniques - Deep understanding of ERP processes (O2C, P2P, Manufacturing) - Strong SQL and data modeling skills - Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments Preferred Qualifications - Experience with SAP CDS Views, ODP, or BW - Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Databricks - Experience in global ERP transformation programs - Familiarity with Master Data, Data governance, Data Quality and MDM collaboration models General Applicable Company Competencies - Commitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency. - Punctuality and dependability. - Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions. - Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts. - Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees. - Adherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.
