You will perform IT Policy analysis and gather documentation of business and technical system interactions. You will confirm details of system designs and technical solutions to related business needs and work with the Application Development team to implement those solutions through IT Procurements. You will be involved in various phases of the vendor management, including Requirements Definition and Documentation for Request for Proposals, Contracts, Statements of Work, Systems Analysis and Design, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and IT Policy Reviews and Deployment. You will also be required to facilitate processes for the team and vendors to ensure they are meeting OIT policy and procedures. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: - Knowledge of all phases of the IT Policies, IT Procurement, software development life cycle as well as the project development cycle - Possess strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write clearly and effectively - Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements for system design including advanced methodologies like story mapping, impact mapping, user story writing and refinement - Experience in agile development methodology and practices - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a high-paced team environment - Experience in writing and executing test plans with attention to detail and quality focus - Ability to manage your time proficiency, displaying good time management skills - Ability to self-organize and assist the teams you work with in self-organization MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A four (4) year combination of higher-level programming and or systems analysis and design experience. A Master’s Degree from an accredited educational institution in Computer Science may be substituted for two (2) years of programming experience.
