Account Executive – Stablecoins
AlphaPoint
• Own full sales cycle (prospecting → close → expansion) for APEX Treasury and trade solutions; consistently exceed quota selling to mid-market, enterprise, and growth-stage startups • Build and manage pipeline with disciplined territory planning, account strategies, and accurate forecasting • Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, custody/stablecoin partners) to ensure smooth onboarding • Develop GTM plays (pricing, packaging, vertical motions) and partner with Marketing on demand gen and case studies • Ability to find workarounds and close deals, regardless of tools or processes in place
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years B2B Fintech/SaaS sales experience with 3+ years in crypto/blockchain
- Proven track record closing $150K-$500K+ ARR deals and consistently achieving annual or quarterly quotas
- Strong pipeline management and ability to execute on revenue growth strategy
- Technical fluency to engage C-Suite (CEO/CTO) and contribute to product strategy and revenue planning
- Exceptional communicator with genuine passion for crypto and blockchain
