• Identify companies actively hiring engineering or technology professionals • Reach out to hiring managers, technology leaders, and decision-makers • Introduce Talent Connection’s recruiting services • Schedule introductory meetings with potential clients • Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication • Collaborate with the founder on outreach strategy and client engagement
Job Requirements
- Proven ability or strong track record in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable generating new opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and close
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a performance-based environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ownership and revenue generation
- Preferred (Not Required): Experience in staffing, recruiting, or agency environments
- Background in technology, engineering, or related industries
- Prior experience working in commission-based or performance-driven roles
