Director, Growth Strategy

• Strategy Development: define the right set of strategies and actions to deliver the performance promises. • Initiative Planning, Selling into Stakeholders, Implementation, and Monitoring: build selling stories and project manage joint-growth and profitability initiatives to completion – with stakeholders at the retail partner and internal teams. Ensure objectives remain met/on track. • Customer Experience: understand the retail partner’s path to purchase and post-purchase experience (including claim filing and service), and then partner with Customer Experience and other teams to deliver the best solutions. • Retail Execution and Channel Marketing: partner with Retail Execution and Merchandising to increase in-store customer and Associate awareness. Partner with the retail partner’s dotcom teams to increase online sales. • Account Support: provide support on a variety of activities such as reporting, content development, event planning, and project management. • Product and Service Innovations: gain a deep understanding of our business and bring your own ideas to the table. • Competitive Analysis: conduct analysis and tracking of highly complex, dynamic partner environment to ensure we maintain our competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • Corporate Strategy 7+ years of experience in management consulting; operations management; or business development/account management - especially working for/with retailers, OEMs/manufacturers, or other B2B businesses.
  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience putting slides together to tell a story.
  • Self-starter who can independently drive projects and initiatives forward, including through problem solving and decision-making.
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SQL and Tableau experience is a plus (but not required).

Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager will own and execute the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy, managing the full funnel from awareness through qualified lead handoff.
