• Lead financial reporting and ensure US GAAP compliance • Oversee accounting for purchased receivables, including settlements and collections, as well as credit line and foreign currency hedges • Collaborate with Operations and IT to optimize existing processes, controls, and reports associated with the factoring platform and data flows from the platform into the accounting system • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning for potential platform and accounting system transformations • Report to CFO (Chief Financial Officer) • Seamlessly partner with other stakeholders internally

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles
  • Background in factoring, asset-based lending, or financial services
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment owned by PE or VC
  • Process improvement or systems implementation experience
  • Fund accounting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
