Staff Product Designer
Origin
• Design intuitive, AI-driven experiences that turn user insights and financial data into actionable recommendations • Lead an end-to-end design process, combining research, benchmarking, and world-class design standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to deliver AI-driven, insights-focused user experiences • Translate research insights, user behavior data, and AI capabilities into clear and intuitive design solutions • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that simplify complex financial data and drive engagement • Develop polished, high-fidelity visual designs that align with the brand, focusing on clarity, scalability, and ease of use • Advocate for intuitive UX that turns AI insights into actionable and empowering experiences for users • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation • Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions, incorporating user feedback to refine and improve experiences • Effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders, aligning designs with user needs, business goals, and AI-driven opportunities • Contribute to and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products • Drive innovation in the use of AI and insights within the product, solving challenges with creative and scalable solutions
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, delivering high-quality digital experiences
- Previous experience designing for fintech or data-rich products, particularly ones focused on AI, insights, or financial platforms
- Strategic product thinking with a strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user-centered solutions
- Evidence of a robust design process, including user research, wireframes, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Proactive self-starter capable of independently driving projects forward, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Effective in a remote setting and able to prioritize asks as they come through
- Fluent or native-level English skills.
