• Responsible for designing and delivering engagements across L2C. • Lead functional workstreams within broader Lead-to-Cash client initiatives. • Define and design future-state L2C processes that support business models. • Oversee the design and delivery of AI-driven L2C transformation initiatives. • Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system configuration documentation. • Implement capabilities within Lead-to-Cash platforms. • Partner with client stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and IT. • Coach and mentor junior team members.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience supporting and leading Lead-to-Cash and/or Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated exposure to front-office and customer-facing processes.
- Deep functional knowledge across CPQ, pricing strategy, revenue operations, and deal lifecycle management.
- A passion for experimenting with new AI solutions.
- A track record of delivering complex, technology-enabled programs in collaboration with senior client stakeholders.
- Experience leading project teams and developing junior practitioners.
