Executive Producer
Pirate Ship LLC
• Own end-to-end production across video, photo, audio, and emerging formats—from greenlight through final delivery. • Build, evolve, and enforce production workflows, templates, and standards that scale with the business. • Lead all production for the in-house creative department, overseeing concepts from concept through delivery. • Own production budgets across projects and campaigns; forecast spend, track actuals, and identify efficiencies without sacrificing quality. • Understand project goals, discover & communicate options; and if needed, procure and work with the right additional talent to effectively complete projects. • Create clarity around roles, approvals, timelines, and handoffs to keep projects moving smoothly. • Create a replicable workflow that helps get new videos live quickly. • Master the pirate tonality that makes communicating fun & fresh. • Work with a top team of creatives to create a cohesive voice across all channels. • Produce videos that keep competitors awake at night.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of production experience.
- Experience building and scaling production systems, workflows, and teams within an in-house creative environment.
- Proven experience owning budgets, schedules, and staffing for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of end-to-end production, including budgeting, scheduling, crew management, permits, contracts, and post-production workflows.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional settings with creative, marketing, legal, and finance partners.
