Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, accounting, or a related analytical role.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan design, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive compensation data.

About the Role The Senior Analyst, Private Equity Operations, will be responsible for the execution and management of all operational related activities within the private deal approval process, deal execution/settlement, and lifecycle management (IPO, restriction tracking, corporate actions, & liquidity events). They will play an integral role in the coordination amongst functional groups when material events occur, and oversight of private placement vendors and other outsourced functions.
