Workday Student Technical Lead
Huron
• contribute to the delivery and ongoing support of Workday Student solutions for our clients • serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing hands‑on leadership across Workday Student modules • advise on the application of technical tools to support functional requirements • partner closely with functional and delivery teams to address complex technical challenges • support client needs, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, scalable Workday Student solutions
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in roles directly implementing or supporting Workday Student, with hands‑on technical ownership across Student modules
- Demonstrated experience serving as a technical subject matter expert, applying Workday Studio and BIRT to design, develop, and support integrations, reports, and technical solutions within Workday Student
- 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, producing technical and functional specifications, conducting unit and system testing, troubleshooting complex issues, and interfacing directly with functional teams and business stakeholders
- Strong ability to translate Workday Student functional requirements into scalable technical solutions using delivered and custom Workday tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent relevant work experience
- Holds an active Workday Certification, with Workday Student certification strongly preferred
