Solution Consultant II

• Lead engaging and insightful discovery sessions with prospective clients to deeply understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex solution discussions and identifying key pain points and business value that our offerings can address • Design, prepare, and deliver compelling, high-impact product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs and use cases • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, from technical stakeholders to C-level executives • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs, showcasing our capabilities, business value of our solutions and competitive differentiators • Exhibit deep understanding and practical experience with front office recruitment processes (e.g. candidate sourcing and attraction, business development, job order management, interview coordination, offer management, talent pipeline development) • Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience within middle office functions (e.g. operations, risk management, compliance, data management, time capture, interpretation and invoicing, reconciliations and handover to payroll systems) • Possess a solid understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, including its ecosystem, integration points, and how it can be leveraged to solve business problems • Apply strong consulting skills to analyze client environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend optimal solutions • Collaborate effectively with sales executives to develop account strategies, qualify opportunities, and accelerate sales cycles • Partner with sales, product, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from presales to implementation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing presales Solutions Consultant or similar role within a technology company
- Demonstrable expertise in middle and front office operations and associated business processes
- Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce functionality and its application in enterprise environments
- Salesforce certifications are a significant plus
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients
- Strong consulting and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying client needs and mapping them to solution capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as required to client sites (approximately [20%] of the time)

• Provide support and advanced technical expertise for projects throughout the project lifecycle (including implementation /installation, configuration, testing, training delivery, deployment, production support). • Engage customers to determine software needs, design and develop appropriate solutions. • Provide regular status reports for updating the customer and assist in the deployment and support of Product Life-cycle Management solutions.
