The main focus of the role will be to help manage factories, most likely two in Central America, and to own the relationships with those partners/factories. As a key contributor, you will play an instrumental part in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with international manufacturing partners, and ultimately delivering exceptional products to consumers worldwide. Your analytical prowess and communication skills will be vital in translating complex challenges into actionable solutions, making a significant impact on the company’s operational excellence and strategic goals. Responsibilities - Manage relationships and operations with international manufacturing partners, overseeing critical aspects of their supply chain. -  Act as a central point of contact, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment on production goals and challenges. -  Analyze complex manufacturing issues and effectively communicate solutions and strategies to diverse audiences, from technical teams to leadership. -  Collaborate closely with a direct team of approximately 15 colleagues and engage with 4-5 cross-functional partners daily to drive initiatives. -  Contribute to the overall success of the supply chain function by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.  Qualifications  - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a supply chain or planning role. - Demonstrated expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Exceptional communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to various audiences. - Solid understanding and practical experience in supply chain planning principles. - A degree is preferred for this role. - Experience in simplifying intricate manufacturing problems and effectively conveying them to different stakeholders is a nice-to-have. - Prior relevant planning experience within a large-scale consumer goods environment is a nice-to-have. -  Background in manufacturing operations is a nice-to-have.  - Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) would be a valuable asset.
