• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing independent distributors • Deliver training across clinical, reimbursement, product, and compliance areas • Support contracting and ongoing distributor engagement • Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching • Track and report on sales, market trends, and key initiatives • Build strong distributor partnerships and act as the main regional contact • Collaborate with internal teams to support field execution • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities • Execute strategies to drive adoption and sales performance • Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards • Oversee accurate sales reporting and commission alignment

• Design and deliver training programs for onboarding, product education, and ongoing development • Build learning pathways to strengthen clinical knowledge, product positioning, and sales capability • Partner with sales leaders to identify gaps and deliver targeted training solutions • Lead onboarding and support continuous development of the sales team • Create engaging training materials and translate complex clinical content into practical learning • Deliver training across workshops, national meetings, and virtual sessions • Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance learning impact • Manage and optimise the LMS, tracking engagement and outcomes • Partner cross-functionally to align training with commercial strategy and support product launches
