Business Development Executive
NEWITY
• Identify, evaluate, and prospect for potential partnerships through various channels that align with NEWITY’s strategic goals. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, including financial institutions, fintech platforms, and service providers. • Attend conferences and industry events, which will include regular travel. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful partnership execution. • Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes. • Oversee conference logistics for a timely and efficient conference schedule for the company booth, attendance, and materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
