• Identify, evaluate, and prospect for potential partnerships through various channels that align with NEWITY’s strategic goals. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, including financial institutions, fintech platforms, and service providers. • Attend conferences and industry events, which will include regular travel. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful partnership execution. • Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes. • Oversee conference logistics for a timely and efficient conference schedule for the company booth, attendance, and materials.

• Own the strategy and pipeline for partnerships that align with NEWITY’s growth objectives and target segments. • Source, evaluate, and close partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and key service providers from outreach through contracting. • Grow existing partnerships through regular business reviews, performance optimization, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives. • Represent NEWITY at conferences, industry events, and partner meetings, including regular travel, to build brand presence and executive-level relationships. • Partner with marketing, product, risk, and operations to scope, launch, and scale partnership initiatives with clear business cases, goals, and timelines. • Own partnership performance dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and senior leadership reporting, providing data-driven recommendations to improve results. • Collaborate with legal and finance on deal structures, pricing, and contract terms to ensure attractive, scalable agreements. • Mentor junior team members and help build processes, playbooks, and best practices for the business development function.

• Take full ownership of product features from initial requirement to production deployment • Analyze and detail technical specifications based on business requirements and user needs • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across web and API platforms • Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated approaches • Leverage AI tools and methodologies to enhance development and testing processes • Implement data collection, analysis, and reporting features to support business intelligence • Collaborate with design, sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure feature success • Provide regular progress reports and technical documentation to stakeholders • Monitor and maintain existing features, identifying and resolving issues proactively • Stay current with industry best practices in software development, testing, and fintech technologies
