Business Systems Analyst - ZP3 What you can expect This position requires an experienced self-starter with a proactive approach, taking full ownership and responsibility for projects from start to completion. About the Team Zoom's Enterprise Systems team seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support the expanding Sales team. This role collaborates with Sales and Operations teams to gather requirements. The position works with various technology teams to develop scalable solutions for the Salesforce platform. The goal is to enhance functionality, enabling the Sales team to excel in their primary focus—selling. What we’re looking for - 5+ years of experience analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting process flows and solution designs - Have at least 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com, focusing on Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Contracts, Campaigns, Quotes, and integrations like LeadSpace, LeanData, Pardot, Marketo). - Work with technology solutions supporting sales processes, including CPQ, lead conversion, account routing, account planning, compensation, bookings, quoting, and pricing systems. - Knowledge of prototyping solutions in Salesforce and iterating with business teams Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $98,900.00 Maximum: $228,700.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Senior Business Analysts will support one or more teams within the WEST team. Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for system maintenance, design, configuration, testing and the successful implementation of Workday releases. The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves a vital role within WEST. This position involves the following duties: - Identify, recommend, and implement programs and solutions to meet business objectives while balancing cost, performance, and resource constraints. - Work on tasks including project or functional requirements, functional/technical design, configuration, testing, and process documentation - Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with business goals - Drive the design and modification of complex business information systems, document requirements, and resolve system logic challenges. - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a strong understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements - Support and triage end-user issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and prompt resolution of any system-related challenges. - Serve as a strategic ERP advisor to leadership, offering insights and recommendations on system capabilities and optimizations. - Lead and conduct complex data analysis to ensure data management objectives are met and recommend improvements - Develop and manage project timelines, provide stakeholder communications, and deliver training to ensure successful system adoption and operational continuity. - Provide leadership and mentorship to lower level staff, guiding them through complex tasks and projects. - Participate in Workday release analysis, regression testing coordination, and deployment readiness activities.
