• Own ICP definition, segmentation, and account prioritization in partnership with Sales and Leadership • Design and oversee multi-touch outbound and account-based campaigns (email, LinkedIn, light landing experiences) • Equip SDRs with AI-assisted account lists, sequences, and messaging that are execution-ready • Own a simple but rigorous dashboard covering meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates • Oversee CRM and marketing automation workflows (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Job Requirements
- 12–15 years in B2B demand generation / growth (services, SaaS, AI, or data-led businesses)
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue-linked marketing outcomes, not vanity metrics
- Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong command of outbound motion, account-based marketing, and pipeline analytics
- Ability to translate complex AI/data capabilities into compelling, business-led value propositions
- High ownership mindset: define → build → execute → measure → refine, without hand-holding.

• Help develop and refine QA frameworks, testing protocols, evaluation rubrics and monitoring systems for AI tools. • Audit AI outputs for clinical safety, accuracy, bias, and alignment with therapeutic and regulatory standards. • Review and assess AI-related escalations from BetterHelp therapists, clients, and/or customer-facing teams. • Generate clear, actionable AI Clinical QA reports; communicate findings with cross-functional partners; and translate findings into actionable improvements. • Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Legal and Compliance teams to evaluate, test, and validate AI features and capabilities. • Participate in risk-assessment processes for new and evolving AI tools and ensure adherence to evolving ethical and regulatory expectations. • Provide clinical input to guide improvements to model behavior, prompting strategies, feature design, and user workflows. • Contribute to research studies or evaluations related to AI efficacy and safety. • Support Clinical Department initiatives, including office hours, newsletters, and other team programs as needed. • Represent BetterHelp externally in public events, webinars, presentations and/or conferences.
• Lead Change Strategy & Execution • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder interviews to inform tailored change strategies and execution plans aligned to business goals. • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans that foster alignment, address concerns, and build advocacy across all levels of the organization. • Create compelling communication strategies and content including executive messaging, user guides, job aids, videos, and other enablement tools to support awareness and adoption. • Design and facilitate instructor-led training sessions and develop scalable learning resources to equip users with the knowledge and confidence to adopt new tools and processes. • Define, collect, and analyze adoption metrics to assess progress, identify gaps, and inform continuous improvement. • Support and coach project sponsors and leaders in their role as change champions, ensuring visible and active sponsorship throughout the initiative. • Build and manage change networks to extend reach, reinforce messaging, and sustain momentum across the organization. • Identify sources of resistance and develop targeted mitigation strategies to reduce friction and accelerate adoption. • Partner closely with client teams, internal consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment. • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by participating in scoping conversations, estimating project effort, and drafting statements of work.
